Calorie-free and non-melting: mock chocolates

In shop windows, mock chocolates replace easily perishable genuine chocolate as in contrast to the real thing, they can withstand the summer heat and direct rays of the sun. They can also be used for decorating shop interiors. The examples gathered here of various domestic and foreign brands are from a candy store in Vienna’s seventh district.
