Objects from everyday life during the Covid-19 pandemic
On March 25, 2020, shortly after the first Corona lockdown began in Austria, the Wien Museum put out a call, asking the Viennese population for information about objects that tell of changes in everyday private and professional lives during the pandemic. Parallel to that, the Museum initiated photo projects to document the city in a state of emergency, and also actively began collecting. The album brings together a selection of roughly 500 objects and photos that have joined the collection until now under the key [“Corona Pandemic”] (https://sammlung.wienmuseum.at/en/search/?themes=1030471).
